-Hairlike Strokes (Feathering)
-Nano Brows
-Powdered Brows (PMU)
-Powdered Ombre (PMU)
-Combo Brows
Each technique deposits semi-permanent ink using either a mini hand blade/tool, or via a powered tattoo like machine.
First and foremost, at every appointment we always ensure to draw and map your eyebrows out with makeup first, as we want you to approve the shape before and work begins. You may love the shape the first time or you may request thicker or thinner or more of an arch. Your artist will be meticulous in ensuring you love the shape before proceeding. Upon proceeding a surgical skin marker will be used to ensure your artist is working within the shape/outline that you have approved.
Unlike standard body tattoos, Powdered Brows, Powdered Ombre, and PMU are semi-permanent for a variety of reasons. Eyebrow styles and fads change can change making it easier to adjust your look over the years (I.E: thinner, thicker, straighter, achieve more of an arch, etc). Also, due to their location (similar to hand tattoos) they are constantly exposed to the sun, face washing, the environment, and face oils requiring them to be refreshed from time to time. Each technique can last UP TO 4 years; however longevity can depend on an array of factors including but not limited to dry skin vs oily skin, young skin vs older skin, aftercare, sun exposure, etc. Please book a free consultation so we can discuss your personal skin type/hair type and make a recommendation of which technique might be best for you, (or you may book a full appointment- as consults are always covered during the first part of the appointment and there is never any pressure to go ahead.) We always ensure we book extra time in case you book one technique but decide on another during the consultation, we are here to provide you all your options, and make sure you have the best experience possible.
Not every client will require a touch up. This too can depend on skin type, dry skin vs oily skin, age of skin, density of hair, and how well the aftercare recommendations are followed. At a consultation or appointment after seeing your particular skin type, hair density etc we are happy to better recommend whether we think you may need one or not.
Hairlike Strokes:
With all techniques in order to make you more comfortable numbing cream is applied. This technique deposits pigment into the skin using a mini hand blade, and clients experience minimal discomfort. Your existing eyebrow hair remains in place (other than the removal of any "strays", and this microblading technique is used to create the most natural realistic look mimicking the look of an actual eyebrow
Nano Brows:
With nano brows more precision and accuracy can be achieved with a smaller needle, this also means less pain and bleeding. Fantatsic for those wanting a very realistic look
Powdered Brows/PMU/Powdered Ombre:
These techniques are performed with a powered tattoo like machine depositing ink into the skin for a full "make up" looking effect.
Combo Brows:
This technique combines both the hairlike stroke technique along with the powdered technique. Typically, with hairlike strokes near the front/mid brow blending into a fuller "make up effect" throughout.
